4U Founder & Basketball Coach

BJ CARTER

Former Sydney Kings player, superstar inducted into the Ring of Honour, and one of the most passionate, elite level experienced basketball mentors. Beyond the court, BJ is a proud family man, supported by his wife and four children. He spends his spare time coaching his own kids in basketball and footy, bringing the same enthusiasm and care to his community as he does to his professional coaching.

MITCH THOMPSON

Former NPL NSW player, Mitch brings high level experience and tactical knowledge to his role as a skilled coach and one of the most passionate, motivating mentors in the game. Beyond the pitch, Mitch is a proud Dad of three. Mitch's passion for coaching is fuelled by his philosophy that hard work and consistent efforts are key to growth, and that sport is a powerful tool for building confidence and character.
